I have to say that the service and advice that I received from Wendy and Jamie were superb. I had a little trouble with my insurance carrier which was handled very professionally by Wendy. They had refused me the use of a rental car on my claim so Wendy had one provided to me for the day. Incredible!!! My vehicle was ready at the stated time and was Detailed inside and out, Fabulous Service all around. Thank You All So Much

My experience with Boyd Autobody was great. I brought my car in on Tuesday(Jan 19) & I picked it up on Friday (Jan 22) The damage caused by the deer was completely repaired . All of the staff from Wendy in the office to Chris in the shop that I dealt with were very polite & professional. Very happy & would recommend them business anytime.

My girlfriend and I have never gotten our car broken into before, and were unsure where to take our car for the necessary repairs since the repairs were beyond just the glass. We heard great things about Boyd and decided to take it there, and it was the best thing we could have done for our car. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and fully accommodated to us even though they had quite the heavy workload. One of their estimators, Steven M. immediately greeted us and made us feel extremely welcome right off the bat, he gave us a nice and honest estimate and was very knowledgeable, he explained everything to us thoroughly in detail and made us feel comfortable through out what wasn't such a stressful situation after all. Paulo, the general manager was very friendly and we appreciated his honesty and his general knowledge, it made us ... feel confident and comfortable with our choice to have Boyd service our vehicle. The service we received from every single staff member was world class and upon receiving the keys to our vehicle back we were absolutely amazed by the job that was done to our car, you can really tell the staff do genuinely care for their customers. We love and cherish our car more than anything and it felt like the staff at Boyd cared and treated it like their own with how much work they put into it, we couldn't be more pleased. Lastly, we were Steven's first official claim customers and we couldn't have been any happier with the way he took care of us, he was absolute pleasure to deal with and he did a marvellous job, he even added a personal touch to the repairs of our car and it was very much appreciated. Thank you so much to Steven and every single staff member there, our experience was fantastic and we will recommend this location to anyone who needs any sort of service, and be clients for life. I was very pleased with the service from Boyd in Langford. Got my car in quickly and had a courtesy car while my car was in the shop. They returned my car with complete detailing on the inside and washed too! Wonderful service. Thank you.

I came in to get an estimate on fixing a crack in my windshield. The assistant manager, Joseph Lin, told me that they'd take a look at it, and if I wasn't satisfied with the fix then they wouldn't charge me. In the end I was happy with what they did for me, and he didn't charge me anyway. I really appreciate the service I was given that day! Will definitely recommend!

Richmond Boyd Autobody did a great job repairing the damage to my 2015 Honda Accord Sport. You cannot tell that there had been any damage to the area that was fixed. I appreciated the phone call updates on the progress of the car's repair.

Jon was great to deal with, and offered a fair quote(quoted 2 other shops also) for the autobody repair. Price came in at what was quoted and even was done a day earlier then had planned. Repair looks great! I would suggest using them.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Robin and everyone I dealt with at Boyd. It's never much fun having to deal with a smashed car window, but their incredible customer service and quick turn around on the work made it a very pleasant experience. They were great about explaining to me the work being done, and dealing with the insurance end of things. Certainly exceeded my expectations and I would happily return here in the future if I have any other glass or autobody needs. Cheers,
