I had a windshield replacement done on insurance, and bodywork done at my cost. Excellent personal service and attention, fast turn around, and repairs done as expected. We have used this facility for many years and for several of our vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Reliable, honest, and customer satisfaction their goal. It shows.

Darci and Susan made me feel like I was vip. So nice and so prepared to cover my situation. Seriously loved the treatment and how they got me into a vehicle with ZERO hassle. Darci gave me special treatment which, who knows? He treated me so well but I get the vibe everyone gets vip. (Tight ship ) Susan dialed me into the rental car and was very sweet. Like I said. Vip. I will NEVER look to go or send anyone anywhere other than BOYD. This issue of mine became a solution Darcy had in one hand shake. The truck was so messed up and I forgot how cool the truck actually looked. The truck looks brand new and chicks actually look at me again.!!! ;) it's a bad truck for gas. But now she looks so good I'm cruisin with 'ego boost'. This service was far greater than the five stars you top out at. No lie. I called Boyd the day before I took my vehicle in. Shattered sunroof due to softball and Neil was very patient and provided me with a time to come in the next day. I dropped my car off, Neil explained everything in full so I understood all the steps, and had the rental car pick me up within 15 mins. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am on Tuesday and had it back by 4:15 on Wednesday. Very impressed and did not recognize my car which was washed, wiped down, and vacuumed on the inside. It got the brand new car smell back. I would definitely visit Boyd again in hopes of dealing with Neil and his team. My expectations were far exceeded and I'm glad I remembered the radio commercials so I could make the right choice.
