BC - 1111 - 73rd Ave, Vancouver - 12/6/16

My SUV was broken into on Sunday night. I found out on my way to work. Boyd saved the day by getting me a rental, bringing it to my work, dropping it off and picking up my car. They returned my SUV the next day, to my work, looking PERFECT! They went above and beyond, cleaned my headlights free of charge, had her sparkling clean. Picked up The rental and returned it for me. I'm beyond impressed with the service I received and will use them whenever needed in the future. Thank you again for everything you did!!

Robin and his team were fantastic in dealing with my glass replacement quickly and efficiently. It was extremely pleasant dealing with everyone at Boyd. The interior cleaning was an added bonus!

My car had a nice dent and huge scrape running from the back door onto the back bumper. The crew at Boyd took care of me nicely. They loaned me a replacement car because my insurance didn't cover that. They are very organised, helpful and friendly. The actual work was top class; you wouldn't know the car was damaged! I would gladly recommend BOYD anytime!

Boyd went out of their way to get my window replaced in a matter of hours, rather than several days which everyone else I called quoted. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, and coming back to a well cleaned car was a great surprise.

Repairs were were done one day before the expected completion date. Vehicle was washed and cleaned and Brandon explained the extent of work done. Susan was also helpful together with Darcy who took the pictures when I initially booked an appointment for the repairs. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and would strongly recommend the shop to friends within the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows community.

All the people at Boyd were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had a bit of a panic as they needed to keep my car for three days and I didn't have any way to get around and my job relies heavily on having transportation. They were fabulous and found an extra loaner car for me to use which was a life saver and I was very appreciative. All my appointments were quick and they explained everything to me so that I knew what was happening. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company!

Just wanted to give some feedback on my visit to redeem a "groupon voucher" for headlight restoration and exterior wash on my F-150.From the moment I walked in I was subjected to prompt, courteous and professional service. The staff and service was great- would recommend this branch for any work that you need to have done.Thanks guys for the almost new headlights from the restoration. I will be back for any service I need to do on my truck.

Boyd was quick and accurate in their assessment of my broken windshield, prompt and accommodating at handling the repairs. They also were kind enough to wash and vacuum my rather scruffy-looking vehicle before returning it me - exactly when promised. On top of that, they were courteous, pleasant helpful throughout. I could not recommend them more highly.

I recently damaged the front bumper of my 2014 Honda Civic (so upsetting and totally my fault). I have had excellent customer service at Boyd in the past (first accident was not my fault) so I took my car to the Boyd shop in Langford for an estimate and then back for the repair. The office was very busy each time but the staff, in particular Kris K. (who did my Estimate) and Jodi S.(my paperwork), were courteous, professional and efficient. On the day of my appointment for the repair, I was delayed by an early morning Doctor appointment that unexpectedly lasted way past the time of my Boyd appointment. When I called to explain and ask if they would like to change the appointment to another day, I was told to not worry, just keep them posted and they would take care of me when I could get there. And they took very good care of me when I ... arrived - paperwork was ready for me, loaner car ready to go and - thank you very much - it was full of fuel! And then...my car was ready a day earlier than promised! Thank you to every member of the team who made that possible! Both of my experiences with Boyd have been excellent. I really appreciate the friendly, efficient and professional service as well as the excellent quality of the repairs. I will absolutely recommend Boyd to anyone in need of auto body work. read more
