Better than 5 stars! Finding good service when it comes to your car - be it buying one, getting repairs, new windshield or body work usually means feeling uneasy about being ripped off, having to rearrange your schedule and waiting around - not at this place! So glad I asked for a recommendation online and found Robin and his team - they went above and beyond to help me get a new windshield and a few repairs - felt like I drove away with a new car. Cleaned it too! They worked with my schedule instead of just giving options. Made my life super easy. From start to finish - I couldn't be happier with their level of customer service. Highly recommend and wish all businesses were this easy to deal with!! thanks Robin and your team.

Was very pleased with the outstanding customer service and the repairs done to my '07 VW Golf. It took the sting out of an unpleasant experience when a motorcycle failed to stop and sideswiped my car. The last time I was here for Headlight Glass restoration, the Staff were very accommodating and most friendly. They were the same this time too. Mathew assessed the Windshield Chips with Bill, the Glass Expert. They offered to do it right away, even though it is Lunch Break. 15 minutes later, all are fixed. Paolo [Manager] reviewed the work before returning the car to me. All I can say they are awesome! Keep it up and you will attract more customers.

I managed to put some scratches on the fender of my red convertible Toyota Solara. I received a quote from one shop of over $700.00 to do the repair. I went to Boyd and they suggested rather than the full meal deal they could first try buffing and touching up the affected area. Well, it worked really well and saved me a bundle so I will be making a beeline for Boyd should I need more body or glass work on our vehicles. Thank you Boyd.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from all of the good folks at Boyd Autobody. We were really impressed with the timeline of the repairs. On top of that, Jb K. (The manager) kept us up-to date on the repair statues. When I picked up the vehicle it had obviously been cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle. They also took care of some unrelated damages to the claim without me asking..WOW. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see that care and detail that the people at Boyd Autobody had extended to us. I would most certainly recommend Boyd Autobody in Abbotsford to our friends and neighbours!

My car was repaired (bumper/fender etc. replaced.) speedily, looks great and was ready when promised. Having given B old A & B more business than I care to remember over the past many years, I am always impressed by the courtesy and good humour of the reception, management and other staff. somehow you manage to make a driver who has scraped the garage door, or missed a curb, or done some else incredibly foolish -- feel better than they did when first coming in to your office! Thank you for all that and for your good work!

Rose was awesome. I told her I would really appreciate my window to be replaced within a day because my wife needed the car for the kids activities and school. And she delivered (I'm sure she worked hard behind the scene to make it happen). Plus she was super friendly.
