Normally, I don't bother to take the time to give feedback but the wonderful service I received from Matthew L. was exceptional. I value service and Matthew delivered ...he's a Star! I had gotten ticked off when my scheduled appointed did not happened and they called to let me know it would have to be another day when my car was already there for hours. Today it got done and when others seemed to duck for cover, Matthew took charge of my situation and was very pleasant and helpful and displayed very good manners. He personally dropped me off and picked me up while my car was being fixed and in those brief times as well, I could tell he was a very positive and kind person ...the type of person any business would want to take care of their customer service.

What started out to be a bad day , came out rosy because of Boyd Auto glass... I got into my car and my rear mirror fell off to the floor .. I hate driving in traffic in Vancouver but would hate it even more without a mirror. Drove to Boyd and they took me in right away and fixed my problem . Didn't charge me anything... excellent service , I would recommend them any day ! Thanks for making my day brighter!

The Boyd Autobody & Glass team came through for me. Simple assessment process, arranged for rental car replacement, did great work, handled all the paperwork with insurance. Car was ready on-time and looks as if my incident never happened. I'll be back, hopefully not, but maybe.

I received excellent service from Robin S. at Boyd Autobody and Glass. Brought in my car to see about a large chip in my front windshield - Robin was very friendly and helpful! He was able to have my windshield replaced that day. I brought it in on my way to work and I was able to drive away at the end of my work day with a shiny new windshield!

I was very pleased with the service I received from the team at the Langford location. Jody made an appointment for my truck to be assessed the day I was hit and an appointment was made for the following week for the repairs, which were done quickly and in most excellent fashion. I was supplied with a loaner truck so that I could continue to work which was very important as this is my busy season and I was booked solid. Everyone in the shop was friendly, courteous and efficient and they all made an unfortunate incident far less painful than it might otherwise have been. Thank you all.

Had my ford Focus mirror taken off by a flat bed on a BC Ferry while heading to a medical appointment at Vancouver General, I did not need the added stress. Once the Claim was raised, Boyd took care of me and my vehicle, excellent customer support and service, Thank you and kind words and excellent service sure de-stressed the situation. Appreciated

Take a brand new 1 week old dodge ram that has been keyed. Add the owner being a furniture finisher with 30 years experience. And you have a very upset guy who will notice any flaws in the repairs. Any flaws at all... and the colour being Black pearl metallic you end up with almost worst case scenario...with that said. Boyd on Peardonville in Abbotsford repaired my truck back to perfection. Even in direct sunlight I can find no signs of bodywork and the colour match including metallic flakes is spot on. Thanks for doing it right guys. If you're reading this testimonial then you're concerned on who to take your vehicle to. In my opinion, take it to Boyd.

Best service I have ever received . I spoke to Rose about getting my windshield repaired , and within 2 hours we had my vehicle in the shop and it was already being worked on. The service and the quality of work is something you very rarely find these days .
