Outstanding customer service! Very polite on the phone call when I made the appointment. And even nicer when I arrived. Free coffee provided on site. AND I got my windshield chip fixed for free!! Thanks to Matthew, the best auto shop specialist I've ever met.

Matthew greeted me promptly with a smile when I had come in to the Bridgeport location this morning. I needed to get my chip repaired on my windshield. Bill, their glass expert came to assess my windshield and it was good to go. I was told it would take about 20 minutes - I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Winshield chip filled in and such pleasant service from the Bridgeport team A+++ would definitely recommend to friends and familt

I was promptly greeted by Matthew at the customer service desk at the Bridgeport location as he asked how the Boyd Team could help me today. I told him I needed a chip repaired on my windshield and walked outside toward my car. He got his glass expert, Bill to assess the windshield for repair. Matthew took my car inside to be repaired. After 15 minutes my car came back repaired. I would recommend Boyd to everyone that needed repair on their vehicle. A+++ for pleasant and efficient service! Thanks Matthew and Bill!

I arrived at the appointment time of 12 pm to fix a chip on my windshield. Matthew was prompt and polite: he told me the job should take about 30 minutes. I got myself a Keurig coffee (provided free in the shop) in order to wait out the repairs. Well, it only took 15 minutes - I was truly pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
