We live on one of the outer islands and required transportation to and from your shop to our marina in Sidney which was very beneficial and greatly appreciated. The service I received at Boyds Auto body was more than excellent. From the front desk clerk to the physical maintenance of my car, I received the best service I have ever had with a car place. The guys polished and painted parts of my car that were not even from the accident! They even polished my headlight, as an extra touch, they were so kind and courteous. I am so pleased with this experience and I will recommend Boyds to everyone:) Thank you.

If I could give Rose K. 10 star I would! I was just blown away with the absolute care, friendliness and thoughtful customer service she provided me with. Not only that but it came across so so so genuine. I had a cracked windshield for the first time and wasn't sure how much it was going to cost and how it worked. Rose made it painless and quick. She worked so promptly to order me a new windshield and have it fixed all while I was at work. This is the second time I've come here. The first time was when a light bulb burnt out and the gentelman there fixed it for free! and super quickly. I am ever so grateful for their service and I will ALWAYS recommend them time after time. The service still gives me chills! Thank you for a lovely experience and making it so easy and quick! Much appreciated,

From the time I walked in the door until I picked up our vehicle you felt like you were their only customer ... very friendly and accommodating ... even arranged for the rental car to come to their shop and drop it off there after .... you don't see a lot of customer service at lot these days but Boyd's at Sidney get a 10/10.

Taking my (beloved) car in for repair was a fabulous experience. The work was done well and on time. Nicky was BEYOND amazing. You guys are so lucky to have an employee like this. She is so upbeat and helpful. When I first phoned Boyd Autobody and she answered, she sounded so happy that I thought I'd mistakenly dialed Disneyworld. Every person I dealt with was exceptionally nice. I would recommend you to everyone!

The staff were a delight to deal with. Service was quick and attentive. The details of the estimate and the timeline were clear and concise. The repair was actually finished one day earlier than estimated. If one did not know that a repair had been done there would be no way to tell the difference from the original bodywork. When I picked up the car the explanation of what was done was clear and complete. This is the second repair to one of my cars done by Boyd - the earlier one was much more extensive. I had no hesitation in choosing Boyd for this repair, based on my previous experience. Should I be unlucky enough to require another repair I would definitely choose Boyd again. Thank you to all at Boyd for the excellent job!
