When I first went to Boyd, I had already received a quote from another local repair shop that ended up being higher than what ICBC valued my car at, so ICBC had declared it a write-off. Given that the car only had aesthetic damage and was still perfectly road-worthy with a lot of life left in it, I went to Boyd for a second quote. Not only was their quote $1600 less than the first one I received at the other shop, but after telling the manager, Chris, what the situation was and how important it was to me to keep my car, he said he'd be willing to work within the cost parameters that ICBC set (within reason) to ensure that I got to keep it. I was thrilled. It not only looks like new from the repair, they also fixed an issue I was having with the sideview mirror at no extra charge while it was there being repaired. And, as a second bonus, I ... got a lovely courtesy car to drive while my car was in the shop. This is my second experience using Boyd in about 17 years and both were excellent. Everything Looks fantastic and they went WAY above and beyond to make sure they could provide exemplary service in every way possible. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. If anyone had a negative word to say about anyone on the Colwood Boyd Autobody team, I recommend they get a Psych Evaluation :)

My 2018 Audi q5 was hit and run and left in a terrible condition. The rear lights were smashed and there was a hole in my tire. Thankfully, BOYD Autobody fixed my car and now it looks brand new! My car was even washed outside and inside. I received service from Bobby and he was very helpful. I am glad I chose BOYD Autobody for my icbc claim.

I went in for a quote because my brand new car had been vandalized. While working on my quote Chris asked if he could also try to buff out the damage. it worked! He saved me the headache of an ICBC claim and no car for 3 days! I am so grateful that I was referred to Boyd.
