"I phoned Boyd looking for a window replacement for my car as it had been broken into. I phoned a few different places because my car is an older model and I knew it would be challenging to find a replacement. I spoke with Alicia Malone from Boyd and she was amazing. I knew that my little window job was small potatoes for most big companies and a hassle, because of the challenge finding a window. Alicia made me feel that there was hope for my replacement, kept in constant communication and never made me feel as though my glass replacement was any less important than their other jobs. When it's so easy to phone numerous autobody establishments, customer service such as what I received is what makes the difference. I have been into Boyd Autoglass a couple of times for collision repairs so when I clipped my front end on a pillar I went in for a estimate. Robin Soni looked after me and I have to say, I really appreciate his efforts and mostly, his honesty. He cleaned up the area on the front panel that I damaged and said that I needn't worry about rust. He also gave me an idea of how much it would cost and considering it was a minor scratch, he advised me not to bother fixing it. I respect his candor and appreciate the service. The employees in this autobody shop are kind, helpful and accommodating.

I brought my car in to Boyd to get an estimate, as someone had left orange paint and scratches across the back bumper, tail light and trunk of my black car, while it was parked. I came in on my lunch break and they looked at it right away. Glenn took pictures of my car and suggested that maybe they could buff out the paint and scratches, rather than having to put through an ICBC claim. My car was super dirty as I was not allowed to wash it until I had taken it for an estimate. They buffed off all the yucky orange paint and the scratches, including the 2 small ones on the fron of my car. Then they washed it and looked awesome! I was so impressed that that they fixed it without having to have my car repainmted and the inconvenience of an ICBC claim, all on my lunch break so I didn't have to take any time off work. I used Boyd Autobody in Vancouver to replace the hood & rear bumper on my beloved 05 Ram 1500. I also had some fender flares to be installed and paint matched. The workmanship was exceptional. More importantly, I'm in the service industry as well so I can say that Rose & Robin were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I have recommended Boyd, this location specifically, to other people requiring paint, glass or repairs.

Service was excellent, Kim the technician even assisted in getting an inner door handle fixed which was not covered by our claim, we had to pay for it, but at a cheaper price compared to dealer cost for a new one from Ford. They washed and cleaned our vehicle inside and out and polished it up, it has never looked so good. thanks

Michelle was the person that helped me. She was very efficient and knew what she was doing. She also explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car with boyd. I also thought that for working at a body shop she was dressed very proffessionaly

I was very impressed with the service I recieved, it did take a day longer than I was originally told but that was due to the first piece of glass they recieved having a large scratch on it. Also on the window that was replaced I had a Vancouver Canucks Sticker and I thought it was a goner but when I picked up my truck it was sitting inside, in one piece and just needed to be put back on. I do apprieciate the extra care that was taken

My experience with Boyd was very positive. The customer service was outstanding. They fixed the car quickly and it looked great. They also cleaned and washed my car, it was a very nice surprise.
