Fantastic service from Jeff and the team - very clear and straightforward, constant communication, sorted all the insurance issues despite cross-border complexities, and coordinated smoothly with the rental agency providing my replacement vehicle in the interim. I was very satisfied with the workmanship. I was not able to pick up my car on a Friday as promised and I was most appreciative that the manager, Robin, came in specially on Sat. so that I could have my car for the week-end

The customer service and quality of work were excellent at Boyd Autobody. They replaced my windshield within a couple of hours and did a great job cleaning up the car. The staff are very friendly and gave me a great deal within my budget, even though I didn't have insurance. I would definitely recommend them!

The service at the Richmond location was excellent and everyone was very helpful and professional. My car was repaired perfectly, and washed as well. I will recommend this shop to family and friends, and use them for any future repairs for my vehicles.

Insurance and Boyd Autobody Service staff were very helpful and understanding. They immediately helpd me process claim and moved me through the paperwork, and got me on my way. I already had an extremely busy day so this service was very much appreciated. The repoair was high quality and looks great. Closcing he file was also seamless so thank you for the great service.

Excellent and friendly service. The repairs look great and they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car which my husband was very thrilled with! I would recommend them to anybody who needs repair on their car.

I parked my car on Vancouver Island at a hotel in Campbell River . During the night someone damaged my car with their vehicle and left the scene . My experience with Boyds for the repair was seamless .I . I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning . It took 1 minute for the paperwork , and my rental car person arrived 30 seconds later . My work was ready ahead of schedule(3 days instead of 4 ) , and my car was clean from front to back. The repair was great . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Robin, Fred and Rose (and their techs ) did a great job. VIP service at it's best !

awesome service I did not expect from an autobody shop because of the horror stories you always hear about. My first time dealing with a body shop.They took of care of everything and kept me posted of progress. Workmanship was good.
