The service fellow showed my husband where they would be repairing by marking it out. We had to change when we were able to bring it in - no problem. Someone called everyday to update on the completion date/time. Car was washed and vacuumed out which was a nice bonus! Very friendly and courteous staff. Work looks great - detailed work sheet given

They where amazing to deal with. Professional and organized throughout my entire experience. They worked with the insurance company and organized everything from the repairs to the loaner vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone.

First time here. Staff really great, courteous, and helpfully. Excellent work done by bodymen. Rose very nice to deal with and on top of everything. Kudo's to all. If I every need another repair I will not hesitate to go back to this location.

The employees professionalism and sincerity was outstanding. My repaired car bumper looks fantastic and they went the extra mile to clean inside and out of my car. They had it repaired within a day which I was grateful for. I am truly impressed by their service.

Very helpful and friendly in the many years I've used Boyd for car repair issues. I appreciated Kelton A. the customer service representative, as he set up the arrangements to repair a dislocated front bumper. The estimator, Joseph L. organized the review of the task and the crew repaired it on the spot. The amazing thing was that when it was finished, Boyd didn't charge me at all.
