I was so pleased that after my first collision -EVER - Family Insurance directed me to Boyd on Bridgeport here in Richmond. The service from Matt Brooks, estimator, and Carmen Thompson, Customer Service Rep. were top-notch. Their helpfulness and friendliness really helped me through my (small) ordeal. Matt seems to have taken extra care to ensure that my car looked better than new. Carmen walked me through the invoice, and I was very happily then on my way. I will be more than happy to recommend Boyd to anyone who asks about having a car repaired promptly and well, Thanks, Matt and Carmen. Elaine Barnes.

I had a small door ding which I have been meaning to get fixed. I stopped without an appointment as I was driving by the shop. I wanted a written estimate to provide to the person responsible for the damage. Robin the operations manager was extremely helpful and provided immediate service. He stated he would polish out the damage. When I inquired what the estimated cost would be, he had already completed the repair at no charge. I have additional body repair work to be done, and I will definitely be returning to this location for future work as I am happy to find a collision repair shop whereby I will be treated honestly and efficiently.

I brought in my white honda civic hybrid and Carmen was super helpful she got me an appointment the day I called. Once i got there Carmen and Matt helped me and Matt looked at my car and I was able to leave it with them that same day. I would definitely use this location again!

Iwas referred to Boyd by 2 people in my office, and after having my car repairs done by Boyd I would really recommend your shop to anyone that needed any body work done. From the first time I entered the shop I was treated very pleasantly and the work was perfect. I feel that the extra work that was done including washing my car prior to pickup and they even offered to replace my hood shocks that were not working properly at their cost with no instalation charge.

Everything seems to repaired very well with a slight sqeek in the Drivers seat that wasn't there before the accident. The only other issue I had was that a 14 day repair took 29 days due to a part for the seat not being ordered along with the other parts at the very beginning.

My car was in an accidetn and when i called Boyd to set up an appointment they were very accomidating and told me to come in the next day to do an estimate. I received a call that afternoon saying i could bring my car in the next day for repairs and would have it back by the weekend. They were so fast at Boyd on 73rd. The were happy to help and drove me to the rental car compnay to have a car. They even did a follow up call during the day to see if we made it to work ok in the rental. I have never had such great service. Robin Soni was terrifc he did all the following up and made the whole process so easy and smoothly. I would definatley go back.

I received top quality service from the employees at the Richmond boyd location. I was especially grateful to the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate me by having his staff fix my rear bumper when they were already fixing my front bumper. I was amazed to pick up my vehicle and find it looking like new as the staff had detailed it to such a high standard. Thank you Boyd.
