"Well I had my car back for 4 days and someone hit it...I took it back to Boyd to see how bad it really was. Again Matt was very curteous and said "no problem bring it back and we'll fix ya up." I brought it in, Matt said 3 to 4 days and i got it back in 3! Great service Matt and Richmond Boyd! Thank you!"

I was very impressed with the service provided. My appointment for the glass replacement was for 2:00 PM and on arrival the car was immediately sent to the service bay. I was intially told it would take 2 hours, but just over 1 hour later it was not only ready, but had been washed and vacuumed. To my further suprise the final invoice was less than what had been estimated. A particular 'thank you' to Mandy who handled the front desk. Your service far exceeded my expectations and if I ever need autobody or glass repair again I will definitely be returning to Boyd and, of course, I will be recommending your shop to my friends and neighbours.

Excellent service all around, from initial calls to set up service, to prompt and courteous attention when I brought my car in, and finally an efficient hand-off once the work was completed. The work was immaculate --- no problems noted at all. Mandy at the front desk was particularly helpful and efficient. Great job!

Great service and Extremely quick on fixing my car and getting it back to me within a day. Provided me with a courtesy car as well. Dealt with Rishi Bakshi and Matt Brooks who were very clear on the details and what was going to happen with my car. I would recommend this Boyd to family and friends 100%

"I brought my car in today to get a repair estimate. The Operations Manager, Rishi Bakshi, was extremely helpful. The damage was minor (primarily cosmetic). He suggested and offered to do a "wet polish" at no charge before I made my decision to go ahead with the "buff and paint" repair. I really appreciated his honesty, and the fact that he provided me with an alternate option for my car. The "wet polish" did the trick. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. Thank you for an excellent customer service experience."

Nothing but good to say about this location and the Operations Manager Rishi Bakshi. As the damage was my fault and I was paying for the repair, I was a little stressed over the process. Rishi took care of everything - picked up my car, provided me with another to drive while mine was being fixed and then dropped off my car on the day and at the time promised. Great communication and even better service/quality of work - and the best part is that my car looks brand new!
