I brought my 2011 VW Golf GTI to Rishi Bakshi at Boyd Autobody for some repairs and body work. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and customer service skills. The body work was done in an accurate and timely manner while updates were given to me on a regular basis. I was impressed with Rishis atttention to detail as well as his ability to make this bad situation as comfrotable as possible. I was also given valet service as I was unable to pick my car up when the repairs were finished due to work. I would recommend Rishi to all my freinds and family as I was extremely impressed with the overall quality of work as well and his interpersonal skills made the situation much more comfortable.

Recently, I had purchased a KIA Sedona and, while parking the car, it was scratched. I brought my car back to the dealership believing that it would be covered under the extended warranty but was told that it, in fact, was not. They offered to provide someone to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I met Rishi Bakshi from Boyd Richmond who took a look at the damage for me. While he could have easily followed the lead of the KIA dealership and offer me a quote, he was very honest and told me that the damage was so slight and that it would take no longer than 15 minutes to fix. The work and staff were great, took a little longer to finish because the parts were a problem but I am glad they made sure everything fitted correctly. I have had work done elsewhere that did not care about the fit enough and it showed. I will recommened Boyd, especially this location any time I am asked about body work, they also have best receptionist around. Cheers, Peter

Everyone at the shop was fantastic. Rishi, Matt and Sam went out of their way to help me get my vehicle repaired. Truely went above and beyond my expectations and really made the process simple. Excellent and timely service from my first inquiry to making appointment and finally picking up my repaired vehicle - no waiting and car was ready when promised. Replacement sunroof, minor roof damage and leather interior repair was perfect - now I cannot tell there was any damage. Car thoroughly cleaned and all remaining glass pieces removed. I will recommend Boyd to anyone needing glass and/or collision repair. Thank you

This was my third occasion to use this auto body shop and just like the two other occasions, I can only give the staff there maximum marks in every category of consumer service and satisfaction. They are very friendly and helpful and make the entire exercise of having your vehicle repaired as painless as possible. And to top it all off, their work is simply first class. In sum, Boyd Auitobody & Glass on Sooke Road, is a class act of very competent and consumer sensitive employees.

The service I recieved was Amazing!!! I dropped off my car at 10 am and it was finished a little after 2 pm (To repair the window). They worked hard to keep the cost low and the service I recieved was exemplary. It's the second time I've brought my car to them and I would not hesistate to do it again.

I am from Los Angeles and was visiting a friend in the vancouver area. I happened to notice my car had some odd spots on it after the long drive so I took it into this shop and spoke to a very nice guy named Rishi. He had a look at it and advised me the spots may have been from freshly paved roads and thankfully he advised me that I would not have to repaint my bumper.... It was a saturday and there were no mechanics working but he took my car to the back and 15 mins later the black spots were gone! Best of all was that he didn't charge me anything!!! I didnt think this kind of service existed anymore.
