I had one of our fleet vehicles repaired and detailed by Boyd in Richmond. Rishi and his team not only took care of damage to the paintwork, they spruced up a very dirty interior and returned the car - in record time - looking better than new. Would not hesitate to recommend their service and will definitely be using them for future fleet repairs.

I went to your Richmond location on Saturday hoping it was open and it was as no other place was. I had accidentally scraped my bumper and wanted to find out the cost to fix the damage. The person who helped me which I later found out was the manager Rishi Bakshi, went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he buff out the scrape at no charge he let me wait in his office and brought me coffee. My two sons were with me also and he let them watch cartoons on tv. I had reservations about going into any body shop by myself as I thought I would be overcharged but was surprised at the level of customer service I received from Mr. Bakshi. Not only did he meet my needs he also exceeded my expectations. After this incident Boyd Auto Body & Glass Richmond has a customer for life. Needed to get the front end of my company car replaced and Boyd did a great job and completed the job ahead of schedule. Dealt with Rose Kumar throughout the process and she was great! Would definitely recommend to others.

I was very pleased with the fast, efficient service which I experienced at the Abbotsford Boyd location. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. When I went in to pick-up my vehicle, the interior was vacuumed, and all aplliances/dash clean and shiny! Gave me the brand new car feel all over again. Overall job well done, and I will definitely recommend Boyd to friends/family. Thanks Guys!

I have to say that this is the best service I have ever had in regards to collision repair. They came to my office to take the pictures of htedamange, and kept me informed of everyting going forward. They then cam & picked up my vehicle from work, and dropped off a courtesy car, and then returned my vehicle when it was completed. I did not have to take any time off of work to do this. It was fantastic. I work in the service industry, and you do not see this kind of service too often. So thank you for your outstanding service. Cindy

"This is the second time I have had to come to Boyd. The service was quick, friendly and the whole process was hassle free. They even washed my car and cleaned it inside, as a bonus. The receptionist was very welcoming and the sales rep was great at explaining all of the work that was going to be completed, as well as provide multiple quotes for various repairs. The first time I visited was a case of "above and beyond." I ended up requiring a part instead of a repair and opted to fix it myself. The sales rep, even though she knew there would be no business at that moment, provided me the place to get the part. To top it off, when I got my car back after they had looked at it, they has vacuumed all of the glass out and taped up my window! Had some window tint work done on a company car. Fast and efficient service .Car was ready ahead of time , and they arranged for a rent a car on top. The car was cleaned and washed before I picked it up. Great Service so will always come back . All of the staff were very friendly and very knowlegeable

My car was broken into and I brought it to Boyd to repair the damage. They did a great job and even fixed a couple of other chips free which was a great ending to a bad situation. Customer Service was great - quick, prompt and responsive.

Called in the morning after my car got broken into. They had me in that Tues and got it back on Fri. Very reasonable considering they had to paint the passenger side door. The shop was clean and looked inviting unlike other bodyshops I've been to in the past.Excellent professional service provided by Matt at drop off and pick-up. The glass was replaced and paint color match and quality of workmanship was excellent. They also went ahead and touched up some other scratches further along the body at no extra charge which was a bonus. I'm very satisfied and will be a returning customer if unfortunate damage were to occur again to any of my vehicles. Keep up the good service. Thanks

From the moment I brought my damaged car to Boyd for the initial estimate until the moment I picked up my perfectly repaired car, I received outstanding service. Everybody I met at Boyd Autobody was friendly, courteous, and super helpful. From wiping the scrape marks off my car at the time of the initial estimate to making me a coffee while I waited for my wife to come and get me, it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. And I am a very satisfied customer. Finally, I give my special appreciation to Michele and Jamie who made me feel a lot less bad about having damaged my car!
