I don't normally give feedback on services but taking the time is worth it for Boyd. From the moment I brought my car in to the moment I picked it up and afterwards, the service I received is what every customer wants but not always gets. If you need your car fixed, phone up Boyd's New Westminster!! And a big shout-out to Terry especially!! All the best to the staff of Boyd's New Westminster for a great 2013!!!

I was most impressed when I first went to Boyd Autobody and Glass by the way I was welcomed so I felt good about the company I was about to deal with right off the bat. When I picked up my vehicle, it was just like new and spotless. Again, the staff were very friendly so I was left with a really good feeling about my whole experience with Boyd Autobody and Glass. "We were "shopping around" for a body shop when we met Rishi Bakshi. His excellent customer service and expertise impressed us. We were looking for the best possible deal because we did not have collision insurance. Rishi gave us a very good estimate to help us out and provided us with a very good estimate. We were surprised that we ended up paying a bit less at the end. This really help our economy. We were very happy with the price, the repairs and the excellent customer service provided by Rishi (he was very concerned for us as a family and treated us as a friend and not another customer/number) Thank you, Magali"

Service was great as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by friendly staff, and I was able to get an appointment quickly to fix my cracked windshield. The Manager Rishi was very courteous, and provided excellent customer service. He definately went the extra mile, by doing a complimentary auto detail, and car wash on my vehicle! I was very impressed, and will recommend this location to family/friends/co workers!! Thanks Rishi!!!

The Boyd team at the Richmond location are proffessional, curteous and go the extra mile to accomodate the customer. The location is clean and organized in appearance which adds to the level of professionalism portrayed. I needed to reshcedule my service appointment twice and was never made to feel it was an imposition. The work on my vehicle was done well and on time which was greatly appreciated. There was also an issue with the rental car company and the Boyd staff took it upon themselves to solve the problem and I was very pleased and suprised at this level of service. I would recommend this location to all friends and family and will use them again if the need arises even though they are an hour from my home and work.

Robin and the team always offer exceptional service. My car was broken into on Wednesday evening and I was in a rental car on Thursday AM by 8:30am so I could get back to work. The team worked quickly to get me my car back and kept me informed about progress. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car in 3 or 4 times and Its always put a positive spin on a collision or break in.

I was grateful that when I went in to have my windshield replaced I was given a loaner vehicle so that I would not have to cancel an appointment. I was even more grateful when I went back to pick up my car and realized that I had forgotten to tell them not to throw out the DND parking sticker but they had not. They not only removed the sticker from the old windshield but placed it securely on the new one which saved me having to have it replaced.
