I would like to give a great big thank you to the staff at Boyd Autobody. Wendy was so polite and helpful. She was so caring and its been a long time since I have come across such amazing service. I would not hesitate to go back and would greatly recommend them to anyone.My car had been written off by ICBC and they worked hard to save it so I cant thank you enough!!

I was very impressed with the service I received. I took my vehicle in on the Friday to get an estimate, I was then able to book it in on the Monday. They had a courtesy car for me to use while my car was in the shop. I will definitely not hesitate to bring my car back if I should ever need any type of auto body work done on it again. Thank you again.

All the staff at the Victoria office are personable, helpful and efficient. Glenn Hartle Ops Mgr explained the process for our repair very clearly and accommodated us quickly with little fuss or disruption to our daily routines. The repair was done expertly with no sign to a layman's eye that anything had been done. We especially appreciated the great clean up both inside and outside of our car. I can't say I want to be in a position to use Boyd's service again! but if it is necessary it is good to know there a local business you can rely on for service you can trust to be done to a high standard. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service. Gale Mandla was friendly and looked at my car as soon as I showed it to him. No appt needed He gave great advice as to how to fix our bumper in the most economical manner. Another company had recommended a more expensive way to fix the problem PLUS added on other fixups that were not needed! I highly value the honest and efficient service! I would highly recommend this location (esepecailly Mr. Mandla) to everyone!

i've been hearing a lot of adds about Boyd so i took my car in there to get the repairs done. I was glad to see a punjabi estimator. made it much easier to communicate. jb helped me from start to finish and kept me informed of the repairs as they proceeded. boyd did an amazing work on it. cant even tell it was involved in an accident. my car has never been so clean. Absolutley phenomenal service from the moment I made the call to the moment I picked the car up after the repair. When I had woken up to the damage, I was shocked and disappointed and having to hunt around to find somewhere to fix the damage was not something you want to do first thing in the morning. However, the staff at Boyd, Rose and Gale, were outstanding and took away the stress and anxiety. The crew there did a great job on the repair and you would never know it to look at the car just how much damaga had been done by the vandals.. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Whilst I hope never to see them again ( in the nicest possible way) if I had to go back I would, like a shot. Thank you
