My experience at Boyd Autobody was amazing! From the minute I called to book an appointment until the minute I picked up my car I received 5 star service. Terry is a super hero, he is efficient, friendly and does an amazing job. Chelsea (I think) at the front desk is an angel and even helped me fax off paperwork to my insurance company. Even the rental car people were awesome. From start to finish this shop showed friendly, efficient customer service and I will be going back to see them in the future. My car looks brand new again. Amazing!

The guys at Boyd's did a great repair job, on time and under all other estimates I obtained. In addition they were freindly and courteous and arranged for a car rental for me, which I was able to pick up and drop off at their place. I have no hesitatin in recommending them to others.

My brother and I have had the absolute privilege of dealing with the fine gentlemen of Boyd at King George. My brother prizes his Infiniti and doesn't just take it just anywhere.So when he finds a shop he can trust, he goes back repeatedly for more work. This shop, in particular, has been above and beyond in terms of service, craftsmanship and professionalism. Brent has formed a culture of teamwork, high-level customer service whereby the customer really is number one and the hands-on skill is second to none. A very cohesive assembly of staff striving in unison towards the common, ultimate goal of getting your vehicle back to you in a tip top shape and very importantly; in a timely punctual manner. This shop never disappoints on any of those fronts and from the front line clerical staff right on through the roster, this location ''gets'' ... it, and gets it right. Every time without fail, gets my high praise gleaming endorsement. Weird to say but I don't mind as much when my our rides need a little repair comfort or mending back to full health, as it really is pleasant bringing it in for Brent and his lads to work their magic! read more

Needed a very quick turn around because of departing on holidays. They did the repairs and right in the middle took my car to my garage to have my tires changed and a tune up done, while they were waiting for parts on the collision damage. Great service.
