White is new again. Almost afraid to drive it in case I get a scratch. Tanya and Dalibor and team did a great job. They were amazingly quick and took care of all the details such as dealing with the insurance and car rental. Even touched up a couple of spots on my Honda Fit that were not accident related. Made this experience as painless as an accident could be. Thanks, John

Great service by the Vancouver location! Robin picked up and dropped off my vehicle once it was all finished with a new bumper. I didn't have to do anything except call them and they did everything for me.... Great Service. My truck looks like brand new again! You guys rock!!

I had a problem with water leaking into my car from the windshield. I dealt with Kelton A. to arrange to have a new windshield installed. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He also arranged a courtesy ride home for me. The job was done quickly and it seems to have solved my problem. I no longer have a problem with water leaking. Thanks folks at Boyd!

I couldn't decide where to take my car after it had been hit. So many places to choose from. Coworker had told me about Boyd and I decided I would go there also. If somebody reads this and they are in decisive of where to take the car I want them to know that this is the place. The staff was amazing and very welcoming and even touched up a few little scratches which was beyond what they needed to do. I had a crazy driver following behind me off of King George and because I didn't turn quickly enough he laid on the horn and followed me into their parking lot. It was very much a road rage incident and I was a little frightened until the staff was totally behind me which again was very nice . Thank you to Boyd staff. ??

Overall, everything was top notch. The work that was done on our car was amazing and I really appreciated the courtesy car. The only thing of note was that I was told that I would be given an update when they had an idea of how long the work would take, and that never came. It would have been nice to have had that follow up call.

I have used these guys twice. Once to repair a cracked windshield from a rock a giant truck shot at me, and once to repair my bumper after I drove like a moron for 5 seconds and broke it. Their work is flawless and their customer service is even better! I almost want my windshield to get hit with a rock again just so I can use their service once more.
