They were fantastic, they were quick efficient and very professional. I noticed this the moment I went in. Without asking any questions, all my questions were answered. I felt at ease knowing that I brought my vehicle to the right place. I had no doubt. I even received a courtesy call and recieved an update on my vehicle. 2 thumbs up!

When it came to choosing which body shop to take my car I did not hesitate. BOYD instantly came to mind ("Bring it to Boyd"). Earlier in the year I had my car in for a rear end hit. The repairs were marvelous. So when it came around to take my 2001 Civic for some repairs I had no doubt where to go. The front office staff was easy and helpful to deal with. Jb took care of me for both accidents beginning to end. When I received the car back, it had looked as if they traded my car in for a newer Civic. I am more than pleased with the workmanship. What blew me away, were the little things they had done (polished my headlights, retape a door moudling and fixed the door gap) WITHOUT me asking... The rest of the car color is new and shinny. WOW THANK YOU Boyd Autobody! Customer care is nothing less than exceptional 10/10!

I like having to go to the auto body shop about as much as I like going to the dentist. Not that much!! Having said that I have nothing but good things to say about Boyd Autobody on Sooke Rd. in Victoria. My vehicle while only sustaining minor damage, was fixed in a timely and efficient manner. Kris and Wendy were great to deal with, although I hope to never see them again!!!

I can't say enough about pleased I am to have met Gale and Rose at Boyd Auto Body. I had considerable body damage that needed to be repaired and I received phenomenal service from Gale and Rose all the way from the initial assessment to completion. Not only was the work done for the price that Gale quoted me, he went even further in having the door handle fixed and touch-up paint applied to the bumper. When I picked up my car and saw that the inside and outside was detailed completely, I was floored. If I ever need work done in the future I sure as heck know who I will be going to. Everything very fast and easy and repairs were done quickly. They went the extra length to see that the entire repair was covered by insurance. When I got the car back it was cleaner inside and out than it has been since I bought it.

I was really happy I brought my car into Boyd, they did such a good job and I really appreciated the extra work they did on my car! I brought it in to replace a broken window and they also fixed one of my broken locks with no charge.
