Terry right away helped me out by letting me know I still had some things to iron out with ICBC, even without knowing the history of the reason I was there. Then not only did his team take care of my claim, but they also buffed out some scratches, fixed my windshield chip, and cleaned my van inside and out, for free! Did I mention they did this all in a day and a half?! My husband has a chip in his window too, so I'll be booking with them ASAP on their current groupon! They got us for life!

I decided to go to Boyd's to have my wind shield replaced after reading the great reviews and because it was close to my home. When I called to find out what I had to do, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. When I first took the vehicle in they ordered the correct wind shield, organized the ICBC file and made it all painless. I dropped my truck off on the appointed day and when I picked it up the same friendly woman had all paper work ready, the truck was brought to the front door cleaned inside and out! The new fellow who did the vehicle cleaning is to be commended because it sure needed it! I would happily recommend Boyds - they are professional and friendly and they do what they say they will do.

I stopped in last week (Wed June 4th) after calling in a damaged side mirror to ICBC. I didn't have an appointment but drove down to Boyd to see if they could help.Terry, your operations manager was first class. He immediately took care of my issue and gave me a range of options. I explained that I had an old car and was not sure I wanted to pay the $300 deductible. He took me through the claim processes, calling suppliers and pricing out all options for a manual after market mirror to the spec remote OEM part. While doing all this he had one of the guys in the shop go out and duct tape my mirror back on. What impressed me about Terry was his attentiveness to my needs and putting them first. Wow what a super job. Not only did they fix up the dented fender but they noticed that the power steering fluid was low and topped it up. Great service, Wow!

I was very pleased with the work done and I very much appreciated the extra time that was taken to buff some of the other scratches so my car really look fresh and new.

I recently got auto body work done on my car and I was so pleased! My car looks completely brand new and the cost was very fair. Robin was extremely helpful, personable, and was able to save me money too! I thought it would take at least a week to fix my car and it was ready in 3 days! I would definitely recommend this Boyd Autobody shop to anyone.
