I was very happy with the courtesy and level of professionalism demonstrated by the employees of the Richmond, Bridgeport location of Boyd. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently.I received it back sooner than I expected. The office staff kept me informed with the progress of my vehicle repairs without me having to call in and find out myself. My whole experience with Boyd in Richmond was great.I would definitely recommend this branch to my friends and family.

Purchased a Groupon for a rock chip repair. I arrived without an appointment and received prompt service. When my car was returned to me it had been washed which was a very nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass.

I had a very traumatic accident and went in to your Langley Office and they were very kind and helped me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired guiding me in how to report to ICBC. Once again the service I receive at Boyd auto body /glass in maple ridge is impeccable.. My front glass window was shattered and at the drop of a hat SCOTT had ordered my glass replacement...the repair immediately dealt with ... ... thank you again for your prompt and efficient service and patience......

I got a rock chip repaired at the Abbotsford location. Having never done this before I was inquisitive as to what exactly happens. JB K. was great - he explained the whole process to me. I feel much more knowledgable about what happened to my vehicle when I brought her in. I would come back to Boyd for a glass repair again in a heartbeat.

The whole staff are great, and friendly! I'm very happy and satisfied with the awesome job they did on my car. Not just with the damage they fixed, but they washed and vacuumed it! Neil told me they were going to make it all nice and pretty, and they did!! "GREAT JOB" Thanks Again.

Waking up to a smashed window and ransacked car isn't fun. Dealing with thoughtful, kind person makes all the difference though in a bad situation. Samantha Tan was just that person. Every call I had with her was professional and courteous. She offered options for replacing the window and gave great detail of what was involved. My favorite service was coming to get my window taped and the glass vacuumed while waiting for my glass to arrive the next day. Then when I finally picked up my car two other employees had washed and cleaned it...it was sparkling! What a wonderful treat! Samantha's service though was exceptional. She showed me the second-hand glass before it was installed and personally reassured me that she checked the window once it was installed to make sure it opened and closed properly.
