I have been living in Canada for 22 years and this was the most unprecedented service I have received in this country. The staff are very friendly and professional. They took my car right away without an appointment and a rent-a-car came within 5 minutes! My car came back as good as new, fully washed inside and outside. Thank you SO MUCH for your amazing service!

Just had my truck fixed there a week ago and I'm extremely impressed with job that has been done. I experienced great customer service from the start through to the finish. I was provided with a rental car free of charge and the truck was ready to go a day before it was supposed to be. The body & paint work that was done looks fantastic and comes with a full warranty. Thanks to all the guys at New Westminster Boyd for making my accident a little less painful!!

I had a windshield replaced in my old car and returned a couple of times for chip repairs. Great service, no charge! I took my new car down today for a chip repair and Lawrence filled it free of charge. Thank you! I will return for my next new windshield

Two weeks ago, i had a car crisis, where the right side of my bumper came off. I was panicking andd scared and didn't know what to do. i chose a random body shop near by and was offered excellent customer service by a gentlemen named Terry. Not only did he help get the bumper stuck back on, he was very kind, professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. Excellent customer service is what brings me back and I will definatly be coming back here for any car related issues !

I went into the shop today to see what could be done about loose rubber molding on my windshield. Lawrence had a look and quickly applied some adhesive to the problem area. The whole process took five minutes and there was no charge for this service. What great customer service! I would certainly recommend Boyd's in the future.

I received exceptional service from the moment I contacted Boyd. I was unable to obatain a rental car because of the time of year but Samantha at Boyd went out her way in helping me find a vehicle at another car rental company. They even came to pick me up and take me to pick up the car. This type of customer service was not expected but greatly appreciated. The work done on my car was also exceptional. My car looked brand new after they fixed the damage. I would definitely recommend Boyd!

Thank you! I was very thankful for the excellent service I received. The staff was very friendly, helpful, honest and efficient. I was able to quickly get my car fixed and looking brand new again.
