BC - 12211 Bridgeport Rd, Richmond - 3/6/15

My car went into the Richmond location on Monday and was ready first thing on Friday. The shop performed insured and uninsured work on my car. I dealt with three members of the staff at the location: Samantha (telephone/reception), Joseph (assistant manager), and Paolo (general manager). They were courteous and professional. Most of my dealings were with Joseph: three meetings in person and three telephone calls. Joseph gave me timely updates on the expected completion time. He was friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining the various processes. He is an asset to your company. He was able to give me a very good rate on the uninsured work that I paid for out of my own pocket. All the work was excellent, and my more than decade old car looked quite remarkable after the work and the inside/outside detailing. I would take my car back to ... Darcy H., operations manager, was excellent to deal with. He was very courteous and accommodating. I was extremely impressed that the repair was done one day ahead of schedule and that every effort was made to make sure the vehicle looked brand new - Great job!

After my car got broken into I brought it to this location and I must say they did an outstanding job. Was very impressed with how fast the process took and the amazing job they did. Even when the first aftermarket window came in they decided to go ahead and make sure they had the proper window as they knew I take much pride in my vehicle. I know that if I ever encounter a need to get my car repaired again, I am for sure bringing it to these guys first.

I e-mailed for information regarding windshield chip repair and was contacted by phone within 30 mins. I was told that I could bring my car in for the repair within the hour. I showed up and the chip was repaired within a half hour and I was on my way. The service I received was fast, friendly and FREE (even better). I would not hesitate to return for future service on my vehicle.

Firstly, this level of customer service provided was not only outstanding but shows how such small things make a huge difference. I work in Victoria 9 to 5 (I live in Langford) and although Boyd closed at 5, Jamie at the Langford store offered to wait for me so that I could get my car estimated and booked in. My car was booked in for 2 days later. Dropped off my car and straight into another car so I was not late for work, so quick and simple! My car took a two days but as it was Friday, I needed to collect it at 5, obviously coming from down town on a Friday is a nightmare. Again Jamie stayed until 6pm so that I could pick up my car, that is 1hr extra just for a random customer. Not only was my car cleaned, it was vacuumed inside!! The customer service I have received from Jamie was outstanding, going that extra mile to help me out meant ... more to me than getting my car fixed! To know that there is a company out there who care about us as people and don't look at us as just number is so refreshing! This guy deserves some kind of promotion! The best service I have ever had, twice now. When you drive up, there is a huge canopy where your courtesy car awaits you, and where the manager greets you as soon as you exit your vehicle. He inspects your vehicle, then you go into the bright and spacious office, where the waiting area has a coffee corner at one end and a play area for children at the other end. Service is immediate, and friendly. Within a few minutes you are on your way, and your vehicle is ready when they say it will be. Not only has it been beautifully restored, it is cleaned inside and out. There are only pleasant surprises waiting for you at Boyd Autobody. I highly recommend them, and will never go anywhere else.

I was highly impressed with the professional service and the helpful customer-comes-first attitude. I was surprised in a very positive way to see Boyd's willingness to take responsibility for their own error by arranging for a glass technician to come to where my car was parked so that I did not have to take any more time away from work. I was very grateful and would definitely recommend Boyd's on 73rd Avenue in Vancouver to my friends who have autobody or auto glass needs. Thank you so much.

Window was replaced in less then time originally quoted. Staff was very friendly. And they washed my truck, That thing was beyond dirty. Would definitely recommend them to others.
