RO#022221. I was very satisfied with the work performed by Boyd Autobody on Sooke Rd, Langford. This is the second time I have done business with this location. Both times I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and exhibit a high degree of customer service. All repairs were done quickly and their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this location for collision repair. Thank you.

I received excellent service from Hardeep D. In my first phone call to Boyd's, Hardeep provided friendly helpful service. The work was sibsequently done quickly and the final result was beautiful. I especially appreciated the full car wash and vacuum - you even cleaned the inside of all my windows! I would highly recommend Boyd to any of my friends or acquaintances.

I went to Boyd on two separate occasions and Joseph was extremely helpful and courteous both times. The first was for a simple light bulb change and he completed the work pro bono. I was happy to go there again when I needed a dent fixed on my trunk and was very pleased with the quality and speed of the service. Thanks Joseph!

FYI My insurance company is Canadian Northern Shield which you do not have listed nor was I able to enter it manually. I dealt with your estimator, Jon R., exclusively. He is an excellent representative of your company. Jon managed my expectations throughout the whole process which included saving my vehicle from a "right off" designation. Through diligence and perseverance Jon and his crew were able to outsource a mixture of used and OEM parts that came to within $10.00 of the insurance company's threshold. I am very happy with the prompt service given to myself regarding our Mazda 5 repairs to drivers door and passenger. My experience was nothing but 100 % in service and respect to me as a customer. Rec'd. claim # from insce. Co. Mon, Mar.16th - called Boyd - took vehicle in on Tues.Mar.17th . I was really upset with myself re: the damage I had done to my van - Navin L. treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. He understood how important this vehicle is to me despite it's age. Navin convinced the insce. Co. the vehicle is low mileage and has been cared for - therefor worth repairing. I am truly grateful he went that extra mile. He also arranged for a replacement vehicle with no delay. Darcy H. made me feel much better about my accident - told me they were in the business of repairing vehicles AND damaged egos.. He knows his business! I had my van back - perfectly repaired on Friday afternoon. Such good service ! I want to thank as well, the technicians in the back, who, it would seem are very good at their jobs and probably ... don't get a lot of recognician. Also, the nice lady who keeps track of the numbers. Service, attitude and business model all start at the manager's desk. Thank-you, Darcy, and all your staff. read more
