I had glass work and autobody work done. In a world where customer service has all but disappeared, the staff at Boyds autobody go above and beyond. From the gentleman who did my estimate, to the young man who drove me home because I didn't have a ride, to the young lady who kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, thank you so much for the awesome service. I don't remember the last time I was looked after so well. Thank you, the car looks brand new and also a big thank you to whoever detailed it. I recommend you to anyone and I hope I never have to but would certainly be a return customer if necessary.

After a little "glitch" with an after market molding that did not fit properly, Emma immediately contacted the insurance company for authorization to order the OEM molding that fit perfectly. Amazing what happens when you attach parts that are actually manufactured for the vehicle that they are being attached to, isn't it? Boyd's went above and beyond the call of duty and did everything that they promised to do in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service.

My experience general manager Lance and staff was great to deal with. Received a estimate what was needed to be done for repair was well explained. After competition of truck body repair, they went over the job done to my pleasant surprise they washed the truck and detailing job inside. Thank you to all who worked on repairing, staff and manager. Very pleased.

My car was sideswiped in a parking lot and the other driver left without leaving any contact information. Needless to say I was extremely upset. After speaking with Jason by phone about the scrapes on the side of my car, he suggested that I stop by and he would take a look. After carefully assessing the damage, he excused himself, came back with an assortment of tools of the trade and fixed it right there in the parking lot !! He was polite, professional and very pleasant as well as extremely skilled. When I asked what the charge was he said "Nothing, it's free". I was blown away by his generosity !! These days it is extremely rare to find such excellent customer service and quality work.
