I was in an accident a few weeks ago and took my vehicle to Boyd, Yvonna and Larry kept me updated though out the whole process. I`ve had issues with call backs and getting information from even my own insurance, but they both kept me updated every couple of days. My vehicle was done 1 week earlier than anticipated, and they had it detailed inside and out. What a great job they did, can`t say enough about the service and quality of the repair.Thank you very much to everyone at Boyd!!! Through this whole experience the repairs were the only thing that went smooth!! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Boyd's! I opted to pay out of pocket rather than going through insurance for the repairs to my truck, and they - specifically Ron, worked very hard to find the least expensive alternatives for me - yet completely repaired like brand new! For example, rather than having to buy a brand new door, he found a used one that replicates a brand new one - saved me a significant amount of money! I thank him sincerely and hope that I do not need to see him again, but if do need an autobody in my future, it will be Boyd's!! Thank you Ron and all those who made my truck look like new again!!

Just a thanks to Brent and the staff at Boyds St. Albert, AB. The repairs were completed as we expected they would be. Boyds was the only appraisal that we got as they were the only place I would take my vehicle for repair. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming every time we went in. Thanks again. Our first collision happened and we were given a list of businesses to pick one, of course we checked the reviews and choice Boyd Autobody in Red Deer. They were amazing from the first moment we walked in to having our truck finished two days early. We were shocked, not only was our truck fixed it was washed AND detailed!!! We highly recommend Boyd Autobody.

A friend and coworker recommended Boyd's when someone backed into my car in the parking lot. I was so pleased with the service I received- the staff was incredibly friendly, the price was reasonable, and they did quality work on my car. Not only did they fix the damage, they also cleaned the interior of my car. I was so impressed with this autobody shop that I will happily recommend it to anyone looking to have work done on their car. Great work, guys. And thank you Drew for being so friendly.

I would like to say how pleased I am with the service I received at Boyd. I dropped off my vehicle on November 25 after an accident and they kept me up to date over the time without my vehicle, called three times to update me on the status and provided excellent customer service as well as excellent repairs ! Wow what an experience! Unfortunately I have visited a number of auto body shops over the years in Edmonton and Calgary and this is by far the best place for exceptional customer service, quality of repairs and a clean waiting area. I was not expecting such top notch customer service (regular proactive calls from pleasant, professional staff from 3 different staff members), detailing inside my vehicle and great work. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others!
